10 Foods That Kill Testosterone Levels

Ever wondered whether you could be sabotaging your ability to build muscle by eating foods that kill testosterone levels? Probably not. In fact, it’s probably never occurred to most men that foods that lower testosterone levels even exist.

10 Hot dogs
