The results from using crazy bulk have been amazing my body fat was just over 20% when I started I’m currently down to just over 11% and have gained weight.

I started my cycle weighing 13 stone 10 I now weigh 14 stone 5.

My overall strength has improved across the board I used to struggle to do 5 pull ups I now do 4 sets of 10 easily, managed my first muscle up last week.
Bench has improved significantly was roughly around 80kg before now up to just over 110kg.
