Still need to train hard but you can definitely tell the difference with strength and size

I have only used THIS, product for over a month now,, and have noticed some difference. I don't seem to have the "Brain Fog", and certainly have more energy. You have to remember, I'm 80 years old, and have been going to Gold's Gym for over 10 years. I do push a lot of weight for my age. Anywhere from 180lbs, to 270, on the chest expander. The Rear / Row Deltoid, 230. I do 10 sets of 10. I spend between 1.5, to 2 hrs., at the Gym. Your SARS are making a difference. AND,, when I'm finished for the day,, my body IS "TIRED"! I now keep a close eye on the SARS Supplements, and make sure I don't run out. I'm certainly glad that I found Crazy Bulk. You're reputation on the Web precedes you.
