You can earn points on all of your CrazyBulk purchases and free actions through our rewards program. These points can then be redeemed for discounts and free CrazyBulk products.

Anyone can join, even if you haven’t purchased from us yet. Simply create an account and sign up to our newsletter and SMS alerts to gain 75 points instantly.

Serious gains! That’s what! You can earn crazy discounts, claim free products and enter competitions. You can also track your order and be part of a community of CrazyBulkers who help each other and smash their goals together.
There are several ways to earn points - with more on their way as we release additional tasks. These can be as simple as creating an account, signing up to our newsletter or referring a friend, right up to earning points for every purchase you make - 1 point earned for every dollar you spend.
To redeem points you have earned, simply sign in to your account. You will need to have earned enough points to redeem products. For example:
• If you have earned 50 points from a previous purchase, you need another 50 points to be able to redeem the first reward - 30% off your next order. Then you can create an account if you haven’t already done so for 25 points, you can sign up for SMS messages for 25 points or you can sign up for our newsletter. We will add more opportunities to earn free points, so don’t miss them and keep checking our program.
• If you have earned 350 points from a previous purchase and you want to redeem a bottle of D-BAL (which is 500 points, you will need to earn another 150 points to access this redemption. Point redemption cannot be combined with any site-wide promotions or discount codes. You can check your balance of points by logging into your account once you signed up.
Your points will expire if you haven’t redeemed them or made a purchase within 12 months.
If you have to return any products you have redeemed, your points will be refunded back into your account.
Unfortunately, promo codes can’t be used in the loyalty program. The program is simply for claiming free products that would otherwise be unavailable. However, you can use a promo code, and then claim a free product from your points, separately.
Don’t worry, just click “Forgot Password” to reset your password. We’ll send an email to create a new one and you’ll then be able to access your account using this new password. If you have further issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have been referred by your friend, simply click on the link provided to access your unique discount code. Copy the discount code that pops up, then apply the code during checkout for your discount to be added. Note that you need to spend $100 to be able to redeem your discount.
Just log into your account and you should have the relevant points added to your account. Click on “REWARDS HISTORY” to double-check they have been added.
Easy! Just login to your account, click VIEW ADDRESSES, click ADD A NEW ADDRESS, fill in your new details, then ADD ADDRESS at the bottom.

If your points don’t show on your account immediately, don’t worry. Give it 24 hours, and if they are still not showing, let us know by contacting our customer service team or hit the chat button. Please note that if you earned points by completing a survey, it may take a bit longer for points to come through.
If your birthday is less than 30 days from the time you registered it, you will receive your points in 30 days. It’s your birthday today or it has passed and you logged it with us more than 30 days ago, please get in touch with our customer service team or hit the chat button.
Points have no actual financial value, so cannot be transferred to cash. However, you can access discounts and free products by redeeming your points.
